Please read these terms carefully before using Hospitality OS. By creating an account you agree to them.
By accessing or using Hospitality OS ("the Service"), provided by AIM Group Global ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Hospitality OS is a cloud-based restaurant and hospitality management platform, including point of sale (POS), kitchen display, inventory, HR and payroll, accounting, hotel, franchise, delivery, transport, CRM, loyalty and casino management features. We may add, change or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate information: restaurant name, owner details, email, phone and a unique username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to register on behalf of your business.
New accounts receive a free trial for the period shown at registration. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription plan. Plans, pricing and included modules are described on our website and may change from time to time. Your trial is limited to one free trial per business.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) in the currency shown. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled. Prices for renewals are as published at the time of renewal.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any local, national or international regulation, including gambling laws where casino features are used; (b) attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure; (c) resell, sublicense or lease the Service without written permission; (d) upload malicious code or data; (e) misrepresent that you are operating in a regulated industry without holding the required licences.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We will not sell your data to third parties. Details of how data is handled are in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, text and documentation, is owned by AIM Group Global and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the Service except where permitted by law. "Hospitality OS" and related marks are our trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Group Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM Group Global and its employees, officers and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if payment is not made, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period, unless retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
